Our Coach

Founded and led by Hieu Nguyen, The Nguyen-ing Strategy draws on over a decade of agency and client-side marketing experience, grounded in rigorous training in brand strategy and marketing at Longwood University (BSBA) and VCU Brandcenter (MS). Hieu has partnered with brands across industries — including QSR, CPG, retail, banking, sports, airlines, healthcare, spirits, nonprofit, telecommunications, higher education, transportation, and entertainment — bringing both breadth and nuance to understanding how brands compete, grow, and win. His perspective blends strategic insight with creative thinking, shaping work that connects, resonates, and delivers measurable impact.
